Dr. Sizer has over 15 years’ experience working with business professionals and students in career coaching and training. She most recently served as a Campus Dean and Associate Provost at two proprietary universities. She is an award-winning educator, speaker, presenter, and teacher. She was awarded in 2008 for exemplary leadership in higher education by Lead Hampton Roads. She received the Donald R. Stoddard Faculty Award of Excellence, which honors a faculty member’s outstanding teaching skills, superior ability to motivate students, and sincere passion for their profession. Dr. Sizer enjoys training and has presented several successful webinars for Project Management Institute. She is known for her sense of humor and student engagement in teaching. She travels throughout the United States teaching and training senior government leaders to achieve outstanding results in their organizations. Dr. Sizer enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and traveling especially taking cruises with her husband Douglas.
